Speaker Pelosi’s Husband Sentenced to Five Days in Jail for Drunk Driving

On the night of his arrest, police reported that Paul Pelosi was ‘unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.’

SAN FRANCISCO — The husband of Speaker Pelosi pleaded guilty Tuesday to misdemeanor driving under the influence charges related to a May crash in California’s wine country and was sentenced to five days in jail and three years of probation.
