Police have arrested a man in connection with a hit-and-run incident on Saturday that left a 9-year-old girl critically wounded in Brooklyn.
According to police, Jerry Coleman, 41, was behind the wheel of a tan Nissan Maxima on Saturday night when the car struck the young girl, who was crossing Rockaway Avenue at Glenmore Avenue. The victim was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where she is listed in critical condition.
