CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) – Governor Corzine, Democrat of New Jersey, was discharged from a hospital Monday, 18 days after he sustained critical injuries in an automobile crash in which he was not wearing a seat belt, a choice he emotionally said he regretted.
“I understand I set a very poor example for a lot of people,” a teary-eyed Mr. Corzine said.
