HONORING THE FALLEN Theatre 315 and Grendel Productions present “The Fallen 9/11,” by Robert Marese. The show follows the lives of an attorney and firefighter on the morning of September 11, 2001. All proceeds from the production will be donated to the Let Us Do Good Children’s Foundation. Dunsten Cormack directs. Through Saturday, tomorrow-Friday, 8 p.m., Saturday, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., Theatre 315, 315 W. 47th St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues, 212-868-4444, $20 general, $10 students.


SHAKESPEARE AND MORE The Play Outside! Festival includes 10 outdoor productions held in the five boroughs. The selections range from a classic tragic romance (“Romeo and Juliet”) to a modern satire about a land developer trying to build a sports stadium on the Upper West Side (“Field of Schemes”). SAT SCORE The Prospect Theater Company presents a new musical, “The Tutor,” in which a struggling young novelist takes a pedestrian job tutoring a sullen Manhattan girl. Sarah Gurfield directs.
