BOO, HISS Each of its three programs in the Bad Plays Festival, which celebrates terrible theater, includes several short plays. Afterward the audience votes on the best of the worst. ONE ACTS Dark Moon NYC presents “SHORTBLAKPLAYS,” two one-act dramas performed together. “E to Jamaica Center” centers around two businessmen commuting on the E train. “J. Hoov” explores the psychosis of Bijou, of the J. Edgar Hoover Ward for the Criminally Insane. Jehriko Turner serves as artistic director.
