HITTING THE PAVEMENT The New York Road Runners hosts its Half-Marathon Grand Prix, a 13.1-mile scenic course that loops twice around Central Park and finishes by Tavern on the Green. The race is open to runners of all abilities. Sunday, 7 a.m., start on Central Park East Drive at 70th Street, registration open through Saturday, 212-860-4455, $20 general, $14 members, $10 junior and senior members.
