As Western Weapons Flow to Ukraine, Expect More Missile Memos From Moscow

While Russian missile attacks seem to kill innocent Ukrainians at random, it should be remembered they do not come out of the blue.

Strikes in separate locations left at least 25 people dead on Friday. Earlier in the week, Russian firepower rained down on civilians in a busy shopping mall far from the front lines of a war now in its fifth month.
