Infection and Mortality Rates To Be Posted Online

Infection and mortality rates at the city's public hospitals will be available online, starting today. In an effort to increase transparency, the Health and Hospitals Corporation will launch a Web site detailing conditions such as bloodstream infections among patients at its 11 hospitals.
