LONDON — Two British men were convicted of leaking a secret memo about a 2004 meeting between President Bush and Prime Minister Blair about the war in Iraq. David Keogh, 50, a government communications officer, and Leo O'Connor, a former political researcher, were found guilty yesterday of breaching Britain's Official Secrets Act after a three-week jury trial at London's Central Criminal Court, known as the Old Bailey. Both will be sentenced today and face a maximum of two years in jail.
