Hi.

Good article. I share your belief that we are looking at a multi year hard-landing housing correction (crash?) that will (in my estimate) take 5-7 years to unwind. That having been said, when I run the numbers on a monthly payment at 4.5% and 6%, I only get a 30% increase in the payment.
