It amazes me--well, no, it bemuses me--that Republicans can call for treason proceedings against Sandy Berger for carrying out some classified papers from the National Archives, and find outing a deep-cover CIA operative engaged in tracking the proliferation of nuclear weapons material into Iran "laughable." You know, Congress passed a law making such leaks a felony, and last time I checked, the threat of Iran's developing nuclear weapons was one of the top one or two dangers facing the U.S.

I, for one, am not laughing.
