Ban on Cell Phones in Schools Is Unconstitutional, Lawsuit Says

Submitted by Simon, Jan 25, 2007 08:12

I think that cell phones are not needed in classes. The idea of SAFETY is wrongfully used in that case.
That would mean the students are not safe in schools? Come on!
Why should students have their cellphones in class? They use it FULL TIME outside of the classroom, or school.
The cell phone is a good tool when it has its reason to be used in certain situations and locations.

I say leave the cell phones in your lockers students! Use that thing when school is over. If your parents need to get in touch with you during class..they can CALL the administration of the school and then send someone to get you in class to give you that important information.
Let the teachers teach, let the students learn...not socialize on a cell phone!

Have a good day!
