I thought that the average studio sold for $519 per square foot, not that the average studio is 519 square feet, and of course the same mistake for the one bedrooms. I think that it is common practice for office space to have a loss factor, i.e. the difference between the rentable and useable square footage.

Studio 445607/519 = 858.5877 per sq ft 1BR 705439/765 = 922.1425 per sq ft Diff is 63.55482 per sq ft However sq footage... [MORE]
