Your have stated well just some of the reasons Historians will be good to him. The Iraq situation will be winding down when he leaves office and next President will not be able to take credit. We forget 911 and his leadership at the time, History will not. Don't forget the drug legisltation, The no child left behind, the tax cuts will effect the economy for a long time, and lets not forget his foreign policy, it is his and not the state departments like it has been since WW11.
