Nothing s going to change! New York is the #1 City in Taxes. They have a surplus not because of spending less but in spite of it. There has been a huge increase in tax revenue becuse of real estate sales and Wall St . This will not go on indefinately. The unions are to strong, busineses subsidize 1-4 family homeowners. When we have some bad yrs taxes will go up .Also how about MEDICAID fraud ? In other words nothing will change!!
