U.S. Treasury Escalates Financial War on Iran

It's what Reagan did with Soviets, but we should have started it 10 years earlier to have a major impact now. What is it with American administrations? None of them had any clear strategy toward Iran (think about it, from Carter's "siding with Khomeini' strategy to Clinton's disastrous "apologetic" strategy to Bush's "confused" strategy) Do we really want a change in Iran? I am starting to doubt.
