First off let"s be sure that - W. is not doing this to the Saints& Hornets because he hates those teams. Remember this is the man we are told who let all the blacks die during Katrina, because he hated Blacks. As far as the lack of progress in N.O.,I suggest that School-Bus Mayor Neagan give a call to Haley Barber the Govenor of a Katrina hit Missippi, how he managed to rebuild his State and bring everyone back home to Missippi.
