We went to war with Iraq with the objective to rid the country of weapons of mass destruction. We succeeded in our mission. Let us not forget our objective and move on. Iraq is no longer a weapons-of-mass-destruction threat and continuing to fight there is a waste of military resources.

It is time to rid Iran of weapons of mass destruction. We can not fight wars in multiple countries simultaneously without bankrupting our economy. We need to go in, achieve our objective, and get out. We need to get the military out of the nation building business. We need to get out of Iraq now.

Iran and Iraq will figure it out for themselves that if they institute a form of government, which has an objective to threaten world peace, they will be dealt with before they achieve their objective. Defeating their objectives does not include US occupation of their countries. Occupying foreign countries is counter productive for allowing self determination.

If we don't act now, historians will be scratching their head trying to figure out why we fought the war in the wrong place.
