Brett Shaw from Cyberhomes: I've noticed this trend in my area as well. Everyday I hear of another small brokerage selling out to a larger one. We are also seeing a large number of brokers getting out of the market. True, websites like Cyberhomes.com, Trulia, etc. make it possible for smaller companies to compete with larger ones, but the OH does make it difficult to survive.
