hello,i just read the article on the jazz crusaders,I wonder what became of the great drummer Styx Hooper?Joe Sample did a fantastic project back in 1994"Invitation"all that I turned on to this project(cd)absolutely loved it,Judges,law enforcement supervisory jazz buffs,etc.It's to bad that folk dictate what music is acceptable and the dollars sense kicks in.Oh,nothing against Steve Gadd,but one song that Styx played on"Street Life"towards the end of the song his drumming is incredible.Peace Tony
