This is absolutely absurd. I agreed that CIA may had approved of this plan, but American, they would always say things that would make us look like terrorists. Such events would be of the Secret War during the Vietnam War. American never claim of the Secret War, which we had helped them, and then they left after the war was over, and left many of our Hmong people being hunt down to die..(it's still happening and Americans are not doing anything to help.) I'm not hating on American..I'm a U.S. citizen but I kept my Hmong tradition and culture close. Gen. Vang Pao was trying to help many Hmong in Laos because so many of them where being hunt down and killed...little girls were being rape, tortured, and killed, and Americans are just sitting here accusing us Hmong of Terrorism. Instead of sending innocent American soldiers to die in Iraq, why don't they send them to help Hmong people in Laos. They're such hypocrit..
