I think that along with regulating pay we should also regulate the profit of any company that operates in the U.S.A. . That would also help the economy by lowering the cost of alot of things (fuel mainly). If we told companies "look if u make more then this much in profit we are going to fine you for every cent over that amount and then redistribute that money back to the people of this country" a lot of companies would lower the cost of there products. Along with that we should control interest rates and financial institutes better so that this doesn't happen again. and any company that tries to hide their profits or tries to hide the amount of income of their executive should receive an even bigger fine to set an example of this. Furthermore i believe that the U.S. needs to become more self reliant if we buy most products from other countries and send a lot of "U.S. companies" jobs to other countries that doesn't help us out either. If "U.S. companies" gave jobs to U.S. citizens there would be a lot these people going broke. Thanks for letting me comment.
