Clintons Raise Visibility, Promote ... Clintons

I am very frustrated that we live in a country that has term limits for president. I would have voted for Clinton for a third term and I know many others would have also. Our two party system and voting for president with delegates is not what I would call democratic. We are a republic, but I think the rules we follow are a turnoff to a lot of good, thoughtful people who refuse to vote only because they are afraid who is going to end up on the Supreme Court. That doesn't work anymore for me. I've given up being intimidated. The Democratic Party needs to clean up it's act and start fighting more for the rights of the popular vote. Al Gore was stubborn in not taking advice from B. Clinton. I'm Norwegian and at first I was glad he got the Peace Price. But, after the way he did not defend Hillary, I would like to return to Norway and make them give it (The Peace Prize) back. Most of the men now supporting Obama in the Democratic Party are a bunch of losers,(by that I mean they've lost elections i.e. Dashle, Richardson, Gore, McGovern, etc. ; that's why they're throwing themselves at Obama, looking for some crumbs. I've lost all respect for these people and the Kennedys are passe, too. Change. Forget it. What they're looking for is spare change in my opinion. Let's see us get 40% women in the Senate, if we want change. We're way behind other progressive countries in numbers of women in higher office. Get a clue. There are seven million more women who turn out to vote and some of them have really been turned off. So go find someone else to "man" the phones, lick your envelopes, walk the precincts and monitor the polling places. I've done it for thirty years and I see no results from it. Then they have the nerve to beg for money from the Clinton supporters. Wasn't Obama supposed to raise some money for her? Haven't seen it yet. I think she's raise him $500,000. for him and he was supposed to do it for her. But, according to Time Magazine or was it Newsweek, he just hasn't done it. He should also be fighting for healthcare for adults and not just children. How do sick adults take care of children. He should be fighting to end NCLB, not reforming it. It's a waste of money and it's destroyed the teaching profession and tricked the parents into thinking they get the school of their choice. I don't understand why Michelle gave a speech at the convention. Was it to wear another cute outfit? Sincere;y Sincerely, Karen J. Sever
