While I mostly saw Dennis in passing, in some ways I considered him a friend. He was always very pleasant and we conversed quite a few times about various subjects. I believe the last time I saw him was the morning/afternoon before his death standing outside of his apartment building. It almost feels like family has died because he was a GOOD GUY. Of all of his great attributes, I think I will miss his laugh the most...it reminded me of Eddie Murphy's laugh. No one deserves to lose their life like this. None of us are perfect and we all fall short but this is insane. We are killing eachother. This has got to stop. I look forward to paying my final respects to him...and to let him know that he is gone, but not forgotten.
