Absent Teacher Reserve ,is good chance for those teachers, but it is bad change for Substitute-Teachers who have no chance to get their work as before,and have no right to refused . Is this fare or not fair ,I don't know at what time we ,as a Sub-Teachers ,will have a room in the whole process as the others. please think about this problem as a life problem for us ,Sub-Teachers. thank you. ---- mohamed elkordy
