I don't believe Biden should have apologized for the ad. Many people that use the computer type with just a couple fingers... others use alternate methods designed for those with physical disabilities. It isn't that he cannot use the computer due to physical limitations, it is that he doesn't know how to use a computer - he even said that he is has been learning to get online by himself now. It is just too new-fangled for someone of his age and mental condition.
