All of the parole boards are corrupt in the USA. How does one go about making change? My brother has been incarcerated for 33 years. Got mixed up with the wrong crowd at age 23. First offense ever in his life. While in prison he was forced to choose sides (race side) In prison it's killed or be killed so he killed a man while trying to save his own life. He has done so much as far as educating himself, working within the prison to help with prison issues. Yet you have these guards and a parole board that have little man syndrome. There purpose is life is to beat down and beat down until another man is dirt under their feet. If the prisoner resist he is denied parole. If he submits he is laughed at and still denied parole. Where is amnesty for our own country? The guards and parole board are more corrupt than most of the prisoners
