Multiple Quick Fixes Tried for US Financial Crisis

Submitted by Mathew Brust, Sep 20, 2008 02:25

I will make this brief and to the point. The whole problem can be tied to two things: greed and ignorance. I suggest finding a copy of Thomas Malthus (1798) "Essay on the Principle of Population". If one can understand what Malthus meant to show, I think the real root of the problem will be seen and understood. I will take some sacrifice on the part of all Americans, but welcome to reality. I refuse to comment on the current presidential administration other than the fact that I believe them to be the most ignorant I have ever seen, and they have dragged all Americans into their selfishness, shortsightedness, and utmost ignorance and negligence.
