The evidence is clear that RM NIxon engaged in obstruction of Justice and suborning perjury. In the Watergate indictments he was named as an unindicted co conspirator. It should be noted that the criminal process against RM Nixon was short circuited by the GR Ford pardon. Had Nixon been Tried there is little question he would have been convicted.

As part of his deal with the special prosecutor BJ Clinton admitted to facts which would constitute Perjury, Subornation of Perjury and obstruction of Justice. He had Monica Lewinsky execute an affidavit denying there was any sexual activity between then them. That is a sworn document and Subornation would attached. He lied UNDER OATH that there was no sexual activity between himself and Ms. Lewinsky, That is perjury. Both of those acts are obstruction of Justice.

Mr Hevesi has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from the taxpayers of NY State to benefit his wife and himself. Its not like this was an accident or negligence, There were similar problems with him when he was NYC Comptroller. You know right now Joe Bruno the leader of NY Senate is under investigation. If he is corrupt He should be removed and punished. There may very well be problems with Shelly Silver. I have no problem investigating him and if corrupt removing and prosecuting him. We should not tolerate anything like this it has been business as usual for far to long in NYS
