And yet they still won't stop monetary aid to Bolivia to fight drugs. This is incredible. A country kicking out our ambassador and we continue to send aid to them. We really need to figure out who our friends are and help those guys (i.e. Georgia, Ukraine, Poland, Eastern European countries) as opposed to countries like Bolivia and Venezuela.
