This sounds like more BS republican fear-mongering aimed at the uneducated chemical/biological bombs are much more effective than dirty bombs. They are easier to develop and harder to detect with sensory devices (radiation is hard to conceal and can be detected in a jiffy). Moreover, they cause the immediate death tolls that terrorists crave (unlike high radiation exposure).
