With unlimited power comes unlimited arrogance, and old Charlie is a perfect example. He learned well from his mentor, Adam Clayton Powell, the other crook from Harlem, and he knows that as long as he keeps the "free govt. cheese" flowing up there, they'll keep electing him. With politicians like Rangel, after a while, corruption becomes a "right"!
