Your editorial comment is sobering, indeed, and worthy of contemplation... I, too, was taken by John McCain's embrace of "school choice", and compassion for families burdened with "autism" and other developmental difficulties. Those are personal missions of mine... However, you are indeed correct in recognizing George W. Bush's leadership. Yes, he reduced taxation considerably, and was the arbiter for the "surge" that will, I intuit, help make Iraq a democratic government--and ally of America and the free world. Everyone errs, and George W. Bush, too, is merely mortal. But--I do and shall always--respect him as a leader with integrity, I do not pay any attention to "ratings". (I don't watch "Reality" shows, in which teams eat insects, etc.) Nancy Joyce Jancourtz.
