Community Organizers 'Appalled' by Their Portrayal

Submitted by OCULUS, Sep 5, 2008 10:05

How come nobody ever mentions the tax-payer funding this added layer of quasi government receives? Let's be clear: These groups are the subject of the budget scandals that have recently arisen in the City Council, the famous "Member Items" of Albany largesse, and of course, Congressional and HUD funding. All of which leads to one very obvious conclusion that no one (save Michelle Malkin in today's column) ever talks about: this IS government campaign financing. It just takes a cleverly "clean" route around the block. Rest assured, no Republican votes will ever be lost by criticizing them. Just like a huge underground sewer system, they are endemic to major metro areas. Too bad mainstream media chooses to overlook these phantom budget busters.
