I just wanted to say thank you for posting this information about Manny's Law. It means more to us his friends and family then you will ever know! I was a close friend of Manny, and if their is one thing you should know about him is that he loved life, And this law is now saving lives and I know that Manny would be so happy to know that his name is part of a lifesaving law. Thank you again.
