The Capitol Corridor a commuter line in Northern California, used to have a quiet car in the morning, until last week when they abruptly canceled it. What were they thinking? Certainly a step in the wrong direction! We daily riders get up extremely early every morning to get to our jobs and need the quiet! I predict that a situation like this in NY will soon occur on the CC line. This morning I asked a woman to show some consideration for her fellow riders and to keep her voice down - she went ballistic on me.
