Yes, we are smart and we voted twice for term limits. what is the debate for. If the president of the United states is limited to 2 terms then why should the city council want to extend their two terms to 3 terms? We have already voted TWICE for term limits and there is nothing to debate. Bloomberg and Quinn are dictators.
