The state will not lose anywhere near what this law will cost. SORNA, the Adam Walsh Act has not been funded. The Byrne Grant funding has been drastically cut. The nation is in so much debt it can not pay its debtors let alone fund this. Politicians keep spouting this line for votes, but they have no proof. The only thing that will save a child is proper parenting. Do not ask the government to take care of your kids.
