Leave it to New York to bribe its legislators into doing the things that have to be done by giving them a pay raise to do them. What a mess the state is in. Nothing was learned from the NYC fiscal crisis of 1975 and there will have to be a wholesale cleaning of NYS to straighten out this mess!
