The article says "The Rubashkins have not been charged." My question is why haven't they been charged and jailed? These types of greedy employers looking to pay the cheapest wages are the source of the America's illegal immigration problem. Allow the free market economy work where American workers compete only with legal workers and adjust their wages accordingly to meet demand.
