So once again it is the taxpayers of this city, state and country who must take on the burden of the uneducated masses who come here not assimilating. Bloomberg says there is going to be a $2.3 billion deficit in the coming budgets. Stop social services and education benefits to those here illegally and by some strange coincidince there will be a $5 billion surpus.
