How can anybody possibly look at these situations with an unbiased eye? If you see something is wrong in a given situation, shouldn't you feel inclined to fix it? Standing up for a cause is exactly what his job is supposed to be, if I'm not mistaken. Had he an unbiased opinion of situations like these, nothing would ever get solved because he wouldn't be able to sympathize with one side or the other.
