Lorraine Cortes-Vazquez is a beacon in the Latino community. She holds exceptional credentials and is someone that is respected for her work in the not for profit world as well as in private industry.

The Bronx will experience a rennaissance in the 21st Century and the Hispanic Community will be in the forefront of that transformation. Rome was not built in a day..The Bronx will shine once again.

Our Hispanic Leaders have been laying the foundation for that metamorphous....Some excellent, some good, some mediocre, some bad....That is life....

Hispanic Elected Officials will lead us into that horizon where we will see the best of our community.
