(1) Hire David Cutcliffe as Offensive Co-ordinator next year. He can't recruit or run a program, but he can coach QBs. Witness Tennessee's offensive resurgence. Eli seemed to do better earlier in the season following help from Cutcliffe.

(2) Do like the Saints - Hire a strong guy for the office and one for the field while cleaning house of some really lousy attitudes, think Burris, Stokely, etc.
