Why is it the American taxpayers responsibility to make sure immigrants" fit in?"

Most American do not like the current wave of immigrants who do not embrace American values, insist we change ours and demand too much of are social services ( illegals.)

If you want to come to live in America, it is your responsibility to fit in by learning the language and having tolerance for that which is not in your value system. I do not feel we need to segregate gyms, install foot baths, give out prayer rugs, learn Spanish or teach children in a foreign tongue so they never learn English.

I do not see the need to give out tax exemptions or special loans so that every hotel, motel and 7/11 is owned by new immigrants. Special loans so that illegals may own homes, get credit cards, get free health care, and never expected to learn a word of English.

John F.Kennedy sauid, " Ask not what your country can do for you..." Perhaps we should change it to "Ask not what our country can do for you, what can you contribute to America without burdening us with demands for welfare, to speak multilanguages, to change our values or blame us for all the troubles in their native countries.

Americans are getting tired of being the worlds police, protectors and providersand once we do get a knife in our backs
