The tiahrt amendment specifically allows law enforcement to access trace data. Even BATF admits that the prescence of a gun on the list does not mean it is a crime gun. Bloomberg just wants to get his hands on the data so that he can sue small business people who have not broken the law.

Pay attention people. What' civil rights will Bloomers and Martinez, try to compromise next? Maybe they will get a copy of all your letters to the Ed.? Make sure you don't criticize any incumbents?

Onece you give up a right it's pretty darm hard to get it back.
