the fact that an error was made is not negligence or mal practice it is only an error in judgement. I am sure that the patient was explained all the remmifications of the potential ectopic pregnqancy and waiting to be ,more certain of the location of the pregnancy.1 pregnancy in 5 end up as a spontaneous miscarriage world wide this is also a fact to remember.

i feel sorry for any woman who has to abort a pregnancy but after 35 years post ROE v Wade this over the top :"suffering" which this woman allegedy has is a little hard to believe
