The 'Impossible Dream' of Rental Development

Stephen Ross was the first real estate kingpin on the NYC scene to come up with the Affordable Housing concept as far back as 1985 when he opened his first two locations in Manhattan. He is the originator and many in the industry felt this concept wouldn't fly on the luxury hi-rise scene, but obviously, it did, big time! Give the man his dues, he's earned it!
