what wasn't mentioned by either your reporters or christopher lehane is that one of the 'preternatiural" gifts that clinton marshalled to great effect during his scandal is his gift for being an 'unusually good liar", which kept the world and his own supporters at bay for several months while he otherwise worked feverishly to save his political skin.
