I've been excited about pressure cooking since 1985, when my first pressure cooker book, COOKING UNDER PRESSURE, came out. Now that you're into it, I hope you'll have a chance to look at my 4th book on the subject, PRESSURE PERFECT. It contains everything I've learned about pressure cooking in the past two decades.
